This pilot uses location and proximity technologies to evaluate emergency-response and volunteer-presence functions. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that device identifiers may be logged for testing and safety verification purposes. Identifiers are anonymized and encrypted; they are never used for marketing or sold to third parties. Each participant or registered child is assigned a unique numeric tag, similar to a vehicle license plate, to assist authorized responders in identifying devices during anomaly events. Data are reviewed only under lawful authorities and retained solely for pilot evaluation. Officers may request verification per applicable law; audited access is recorded and requires valid legal process. Guardians have the right to provide pertinent information and allow authorities access saving valuable time.
